After a really long holiday, about 1 week to be precise what a feeling to start all over again. MY everyday routines are:
6.00am - usually my alarm will snooze continously for 3 times. then i will wake up.
6.30am - start the engine & go.
7.20am - arrive at office’s carpark & take a “5 mins” nap.
8.20am - wake up after the so call “5 mins” nap.
8.30am - warming up my chair & set up workstation.
9.00am - still warmimg up my chair & start to read emails.
9.10am - done clearing my inbox.
9.15am - start replying all the email & follow up necessary email with a few phone call.
9.31am~12.45am - all my work done. waiting for other parties to do their work & feedback to me.
12.46am - luncheon.
1.00pm - tafakur session (either in my workspace or surau).
2.00pm ~ 5.30pm - still waiting for other parties to do their work & feedback to me.
5.31pm ~ 6.30pm - workout session with colleagues (ping-pong practice).
6.31pm ~ 8.00pm - workout session at gym.
8.15pm - start the engine & i’m coming home.
9.00pm ~ 12.00am - arrive at home. private session. diner. movie & bla2.
12.01am - 6.00am - good nite & then start all over again.
*not applicable on weekend & public holiday.
